1. The service

MapCircle provides free, browser-based map measurement tools “as is”, without warranty of any kind. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Accuracy disclaimer

All distances, areas, radii and times are approximations derived from map data and spherical-earth mathematics. They are straight-line measurements unless explicitly stated otherwise, they do not reflect road travel, and the underlying map data may contain errors. Do not rely on this site for legal boundaries, regulatory compliance, surveying, navigation safety or any decision where an error could cause harm — verify with authoritative sources.

3. Acceptable use

You may use and share the tools freely, including commercially produced reports built on exported images, provided OpenStreetMap attribution is retained. Automated scraping, systematic bulk tile downloading, or attempts to disrupt the service are not permitted; map tiles and geocoding are provided under their own usage policies.

4. Intellectual property

Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License. The site's code, design and written content belong to the site owner.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
