Good to know before writing

Distance / area discrepancies: include the two addresses (or coordinates) and the value you expected — most reports turn out to be straight-line vs. road distance differences, but genuine errors are worth fixing.
Address search misses: the geocoder sometimes struggles with unit numbers and new construction. A nearby landmark usually resolves it.
Business or API inquiries are welcome, but the tools themselves stay free — there is no commercial plan to sell.

Response time is typically a few days — this is an independently run project.
